啟動 W3SVC 服務報錯怎麼解決

最近使用小黑的 IIS，發現總是不開機就啟動
而是每次都要手動啟動，有一次還無法啟動，是因為 pplive 占據了 80 端口的原因，解決方法見另一篇文章 [IIS 0x8ffe2740 錯誤]

今天手動啟動 IIS 的時候，報錯：
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

檢查後發現是由於 W3SVC(world wide web publishing) 服務沒有啟動造成，啟動 W3SVC 服務，報錯
w3svc error 1717 the interface is unknown

解決方法：
if you get a problem that your IIS won"t start or when you try to start WWW Publishing Service and it gives you the error: Error 1717: The interface is unknown.

Make sure your Event Log Service is started.

出現這個問題是因為關閉了Event Log服務，只需要開始 -> 運行 services.msc，找到Event Log，將其啟動類型設置為自動，並啟動它，即可解決這個問題。
