1.解壓mysql-5.7.10-winx64.zip到C:\mysql-5.7.10-winx64
2.以管理權限卻換到C:\mysql-5.7.10-winx64\bin下
2.1 設置my.ini配置文件

2.2初始化數據目錄，5.7.7之後不在有data目錄
As of 5.7.7, Windows installation operations performed using the Noinstall package do not include a data directory. To initialize the data directory, use the instructions at Section 2.10.1.1, “Initializing the Data Directory Manually Using mysqld”.
mysqld.exe --initialize-insecure --user=mysql
windows下可省略--user選項
-insecure表示不會創建root密碼
mysqld.exe --install
net start mysql
3.登陸成功
