C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\mysql-5.5.33-win32\bin>mysql
ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
3、
C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\mysql-5.5.33-win32\bin>net start mysql
MySQL 服務正在啟動 .
MySQL 服務已經啟動成功。
4、
C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\mysql-5.5.33-win32\bin>mysql

mysql>
啟動mysql出現ERROR 2003問題是因為mysql服務沒有啟動，或者以前的mysql服務沒有使用mysqld.exe -remove刪除，
而重新安裝mysql的路徑改變了。
