An error occurs when arcgis10.7 calls the mosaic to new grid tool with a python script

ArcGIS10.7 Use python Script call “ Mosaic to new grid ” Tools always report errors ：
ExecuteError: ERROR 000622: perform ( Mosaic to new grid ) Failure . Invalid parameter .
ERROR 000628: Unable to set parameters coordinate_system_for_the_raster The input .
