innodb_thread_concurrency 調整並發線程0-->獨立硬盤分區+cpu內核數；
innodb_fast_shutdown 減少關機時間；
innodb_lock_wait_timeout 默認鎖超時；
批量導入數據時候： AUTOCOMMIT；暫時停止外鍵和唯一值限制。
