The method getJspApplicationContext(ServletContext) is undefined for the type JspFactory

這是由於項目裡面的一些包和Tomcat服務器的包重復，並且版本比Tomcat服務器的包低，但是運行時Tomcat服務器會先加載項目裡面的包，造成和Tomcat服務器的其他包不匹配，解決的方法就是將重復的包從Tomcat服務器復制到項目裡面。
